웨어러블 디바이스에 적용되는 서비스디자인 발전방향에 관한 연구 - 스마트밴드에 적용되는 헬스케어 사용자 중심 서비스 디자인을 중심으로

A study on service design development direction in wearable device.- Mainly with user centered health care service design on smart band

본 연구는 웨어러블 디바이스에 적용되는 서비스디자인의 연구에서 출발한다. 웨어러블 디바이스의 다양한 종류 중 스마트 밴드라는 형태의 웨어러블 디바이스를 정하여 이에 적용되고 있는 헬스케어 서비스디자인에 대해연구하고자한다. 현재 시장에 나와있는 대표적인 스마트밴드 브랜드의 제품을 중심으로 제품에 적용되고 있는헬스케어 서비스를 분석하였다. 기존 제품에 적용되는서비스는 개인의 건강관리에 대한 일반적인 건강 데이터를 수집하여 사용자에게 요약한 정보를 제공하여 보다더 건강한 삶을 살 수 있는 서비스를 제공한다. 그러나 사용자 중심으로 접근한다면 헬스케어 서비스도 일반적인 건강 관리 뿐만 아니라 다양한 종류의 서비스를 제공할 수 있다는 것을 사례를 통해 알 수 있다. 즉 현재 스마트밴드에 적용되는 헬스케어 서비스는 단순한 건강정보의 수집을 통한 피드백 형태의 서비스라는 한계를 도출할 수 있다. 그러나 앞으로 발전하기 위해서는 사용자의 대상을 세분화하여 그들이 원하는 욕구를 채워줄 수있는 형태의 서비스의 방향으로 가야한다. 이는personnel health care service로 사용자의 대상 설정을통한 기본적인 활동량 및 건강데이터 수집 후 셀프모니터링과 더불어 전문의의 상담 피드백을 통해 각각의 개인이 원하는 건강관리 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 형태로발전해야한다.

This study starts from the study of design services that apply to wearable devices. So this study is health care services in a variety of designs applied on smart band of wearable devices. Analyzing about the leading smart brands of smart brand, that service is only focus on collecting personnel health data. However, if access to the user-centered healthcare services can be seen through the case that the general health as well as to provide different kinds of services. Therefore, to develop the health care service, it should develop into a personnel health care systme form that can be through specialist consultation feedback with self-monitoring and health data collection.
