A Study on the Design of Industry-Academic Human Resources Net Service

(Purpose) In this study, the effective service direction and utilization plan of the Industry-academic human resources net was derived, and user accessibility was improved. (Design/methodology/approach) To this end, the service and utilization plan of the Industry-academic human resources net was derived through the analysis of related prior research and similar case studies. (Findings/Research implications or Originality) As a result of the research, first, in the case of services that support companies, technical support services for the technological development of companies, expert matching services to directly solve various difficulties of companies, educational support services to improve corporate capabilities, and start-ups for prospective startups Services should be divided into support services and customized information support services that provide the most necessary information to corporate users. Second, as services for student support, employment support service, education support service, expert matching service, start-up support service, information and history management service, etc. should be supported. Third, in the case of the government (local government), universities, and research institutes, expert matching service, company trend identification, student and job-seeking student trends identification, evaluation committee candidate recommendation and evaluation candidate registration service, and industry-university-academic cooperation service reinforcement service should be provided. For the smooth operation of Industry-academic Talent Net in the future, it seems that the Industry-academic Cooperation Act and the Basic Plan for Industry-academy Cooperation should be continuously discussed to improve the law for the operation of Industry-academic human resources net and the smooth cooperation of related institutions.
