사주 명조의 오행 중에 金이 태과(太過)와 불급(不及)인 경우에 인체의 불균형과 부조화가 생기게 된다. 본 연구의 목적은 오행 중에 金의 태과･불급 된 사주 명조를 『황제내경(皇 帝內徑)』, 『동의보감(東醫寶鑑)』과 명리학 원전(原典)의 金오행의 태과와 불급 그리고 중화에 대한 원론적 내용을 고찰한 후, 金일간이 태과 할 때 설기하는 水木金이 들어올 때와 金일간이 불급할 때 도와주는 火土운이 올 때 그리고 金일간이 중화될 때 운의 상황에 따라서 인체의 질병이 발생하고 유지되는 현상을 ‘사례분석(case analysis)’의 방법을 통하여 종합적으로 분석 하였다. 그 결과 金이 태과 된 경우와 불급된 경우에 질병이 발생한다는 것과 중화되었을 때 건강한 삶을 살아간다는 사실을 사례연구를 통하여 알아보았다. 金 오행만으로 한계성이 있으므로 추후 다른 오행의 연구가 요망된다.
In case of Excessiveness (太過) of Metal (金) and Insufficiency (不及) of Metal (金) in five elements in Sajumyeongjo, they create the imbalance. The purpose of this study is to study Sajumyeongjo that Metal (金) of five elements became excessive and insufficient by focusing on the theoretical contents of excessiveness, insufficiency, and neutralization of Metal (金) in the five elements in 『the Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor (皇帝內徑)』, 『Dongui Bogam (東醫寶鑑)』, and the original text (原典) of Myeongli Science and analyze the phenomena that diseases break out and are kept according to the situations of luck when Water, Wood, and Metal (水木金) which leak when Metal (金) Ilgan is excessive come in, when luck of Fire and Soil (火土) which help when Metal (金) Ilgan is insufficient comes in, and when Metal (金) Ilgan is neutralized comprehensively with a ‘case analysis.’ As a result, the facts that diseases break out when metal (金) became excessive and insufficient and people lead a healthy life when metal (金) is neutralized were examined through the case study. In the future, studies on other five elements are required because Metal (金) in the five elements alone has limitations.
