잠든 의사(義士)를 소환하다: 역사적 사실(史實)에서 문학적 서사(敍事)로

This article focuses on the historical and literary feature of Huigui Tiantang , a novel related to “Yun Bong-gil,” published in 2002, and sought to expand the scope of research by incorporating it into a field of Chinese contemporary literature. In other words, it raises questions again on the diversity or specificity of the works that are subject to themes of 'Chosun', 'Korea', and 'Korean' in Chinese modern literary works and puts a period to the themes. Specifically, this article firstly tried to understand basic evaluation and evaluation of works through the motive of XiaNianSheng's Huigui Tiantang and analysis of the work structure. Second, based on this, the theme consciousness and the symbolic representation projected in the work were inquired. The keynote of Huigui Tiantang 's main description is Yoon Bong-gil's childhood years, night school operations and enlightenment activities in his hometown as a youth, anti-Japan activities in China, Shanghai and beyond. And the literary narrative as a novel genre from the historical fact of 'Shanghai' of Yoon Bong-gil is close to the historical reality when compared with the actual event. XiaNianSheng organically organized the character and event of Yoon Bong-gil, which was drawn in the historical flow of the time according to the time flow of the event, and described it almost in close proximity to the fact. Through this process, XiaNianSheng is reexamining the active character of 'Yoon Bong-gil', the patriotic branch of Korea, where her creative intent and theme can be seen. XiaNianSheng describes the national resistance of Yun Bong-gil, who emphasized practical participation in the current reality in Huigui Tiantang , and symbolic representations such as 'Little Bird' and 'Moon' are used to portray literary imagination to historical facts. Through these symbolic representations, not only the thematic consciousness is expressed but also the artistic expression of the work is raised. The two symbolic representations of Huigui Tiantang , “Little Bird” and “Moon”, are symbols that penetrate the entire work and serve as a literary device to reveal the inner world of the main character Bong-gil. The 'Little Bird' was the symbol of Yoon Bong-gil, the heroine, the source of practical action, and the symbol of salvation leading to heaven at the same time. 'Moon' is interpreted variously in relation to the life of the main character Bong-gil. It was emptiness and hope, a boundary between life and death, and longing. Thus, the moon becomes a source of life, and at the same time, it is understood as a symbol of death collecting them at a time.
