China has many different kinds of tea in his long period of history. Especially in Tang and Song dynasties when Block tea and Cake tea were born, many distinct features of drying and storage methods were emerged. Tea in its own nature has strong characteristics to absorb the moisture and smells which are very harmful to the tea. Block tea and Cake tea are very different in tea making and naturally they have very distinct in features like hardness which is very important effects in drying and sorage methods. In this comparison study different features of two teas and their effects on the drying and storage methods.
