본 연구는 인구감소 및 지역소멸 위기, 그리고 지역 대학의 위기감에 대응하는 정부 교육정책으로서 RISE 사업 추진에 따른 전문대학의 드론 교육 방향을 탐색해보는데 목적이 있다. RISE 사업은 시범사업을 거쳐 2025년에는 RIS, LINC3.0, HiVE, LiFE 사업을 통합하여 운영하게 되며, 이러한 배경 하에 세부 사업들의 목표와 추진전략 등에 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 이러한 변화에 따라 지역사회의 드론교육의 강화 및 사업에의 부합성을 탐색하고 드론 교육의 방향성을 제시해보고자 하였다. 따라서 제2장에서는 RISE, RIS, LINC3.0, HiVE, LiFE 사업에 대한 개괄적인 검토를 실시하였다. 제3장에서는 정부의 드론 산업 정책과 계획을 탐색하고, 지역사회의 드론 관련 시책, 인구구조, 교육훈련프로그램 인지도, 전문대학의 드론 교육 현황 등을 살펴보았다. 그리고 제4장은 결론 부분으로서 전문대학 드론 교육의 RISE 사업에의 부합성을 확인하고, 드론 교육 설계 시에 고려하여야 하는 제반 사항을 제시하였다. 또한 드론 교육 방향으로서 관련한 자격증과 역량 강화 교육 영역을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of drone education in colleges according to the promotion of the RISE project as a government education policy in response to population decline, regional extinction crisis, and sense of crisis in local universities. The RISE project will go through a pilot project, and in 2025, the RIS, LINC3.0, HiVE, and LiFE projects will be integrated and operated. In accordance with these changes, we tried to strengthen drone education in the community and explore its compatibility with the business and suggest the direction of drone education. Therefore, in Chapter 2, a general review of RISE, RIS, LINC3.0, HiVE, and LiFE projects was conducted. In Chapter 3, the government's drone industry policies and plans were explored, and the community's drone-related policies, demographic structure, awareness of education and training programs, and the current status of drone education in colleges were reviewed. And Chapter 4, as a conclusion, confirmed the suitability of drone education for colleges to the RISE project, and presented various matters to be considered when designing drone education. In addition, as the direction of drone education, related qualifications and competency-enhancing education areas were presented.
