In China, the minority areas are extremely rich in the cultural resources of tea, but so far, its concern is still unsatisfying, researches in this field is not wide and deep enough as well. This paper concerns about minorities Youcha culture in the Gyebook province of China. Such as the primitive way of Youcha-making and drinking customs. Minorities tea culture in Gyebook which possesses unique and colorful traditional culture. Today, under the socialist condition, minorities traditional tea culture is still imposing great influence upon the development of modern tea culture and tea industry. The ethnic minorities regard the Youcha as the diet. There's closed relationship between dining and survival environment, residential areas. So this paper starts from the survival environment and geographical distribution, emphasizes on the relationship between the natural living environment and minorities traditional dining culture.
