The number of Chinese tourists travelling internationally has increased significantly during the last decade and this trend looks set to continue, making this population an important tourism market. The purpose of this study is an analysis of the behavioral characteristic of Chinese tourists to Korea. And provide a proposal of preparations to receive the inbound tourist and correct the image of Korea tourism. To accomplish the purpose of this study, secondary data such as the market research results and other relevant publications of Chinese market were used. Analysis of the data indicates a relatively high level of overall satisfaction with Korea, but room for improvement in areas relating to accommodations, foods, and tourist attractions. In conclusions this paper highlights the need for more research attempts in Chinese tourists for practical and theoretical advancements in our understanding. And the findings should provide tourism service providers with insights into the perceptions and satisfaction levels of Chinese tourists.
