This study investigated drama of Jingju <Liuyuexue>(京劇 ≪六月雪≫) and reviewed the reform of Doue(竇娥)'s drama. First, arrangement patterns of detailed idioms in Reform, change patterns of image of character, and differences of themes were compared and considered the gains and losses of drama of Jingju <Liuyuexue>(京劇 ≪六月雪≫). The gains of the drama of Jingju <Liuyuexue>(京劇 ≪六月雪≫) were to be strengthened dramatism, to be secularized the language, and that theme was corresponded to sense of reality. On the other hand, it was weakened literary value and had the limitation of Zhezixi(折子戱) in stage in spite of full version. Dispassionately Chengyanqiu(程硯秋)‘s the reform did more harm than good. He just, as one member of Sidamingdan(四大名旦), made <Doueyuan> which Dan(旦) played as a main character, made his own major work and endeared Doue as a drama character to all by increasing or reducing the length of the chapter as audience's preference. This part should be estimated fairly. Reform of drama was quite useful way to be spread and continued and the process of changing old with new. Chengyanqiu(程硯秋) pursued reform excellent and tried to succeed to the essence of the tradition by reflecting the new color of an era to old Doue's drama. Although Chengyanqiu(程硯秋)‘s the version of Jingju was not complete reform, it has the historical significance of drama in that Doue still remains in present, not disappeared.
