중국인문학회.jpg

The stone inscriptions about traditional Chinese Opera in the temple of XiChenDong in YunMeng Mountains is deemed to belong to Ming Dynasty, but this notion doesn’t stand up. There is evidence show that they are belong to Qing Dynasty. Statistics in the number of stone inscriptions also are not accurate. These stone inscriptions are connected with local religious and folk society in the late Qing Dynasty. And they are invaluable information as folk drams in the Qing Dynasty.
