예비교사를 위한 수업 멘토링 사례 연구

A Case Study of Class Mentoring for a College of Education Student

본 연구는 교육대학 재학생과 현장 교사가 수업 탐구대회를 준비하는 과정에서 실시한 일대일 멘토링 사례를 담고 있다. 멘토링 과정에서 작성한 수업계획안, 논의 내용, 성찰록을 토대로 예비교사를 대상으로 한 수업 멘토링의 필요성과 방법과 제안하고자 한다. 1절에서는 연구의 목적과 필요성을 정리했다. 2절에서는 멘토링의 과정과 내용을 시간적 순서에 따라 상세히 기술하였다. 3절은 멘토링의 결과를 서술하고 사례를 통해 얻게 된 시사점을 정리해 보았다.

This study contains a one-on-one mentoring case conducted by college of education students and field teachers in the process of preparing for a class exploration contest Based on the class plan, discussion contents, and reflection minutes prepared in the mentoring process, I would like to propose the necessity, method, and method of class mentoring for pre-service teachers. Section 1 summarizes the purpose and necessity of the study. In Section 2, the process and content of mentoring are described in detail in chronological order. Section 3 describes the results of mentoring and summarizes the implications obtained through examples.
