菱洋 朴宗善의 검서관 시절 교유와 작시 활동

Relationship and Poetry of Geomseogwan,Neungyang Park Jongseon

본고는 菱洋 朴宗善(1759~1819)의 검서관 시절 교유 및 교유 인물과의 수창시를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 박종선은 정조와 순조 대 두 차례 검서관을 역임하면서 함께 근무한 초대 사검서관에게 많은 영향을 받았다. 그 결과 검서관으로 복직한 순조 6년(1806)에 이미 세상을 떠난 이덕무와 박제가, 서이수를 회고하여 <三哀詩>를 지었다. 그의 시에는 대체로 주석이 많이 달려 있는데, <삼애시>는 거의 매구마다 자세한 주석이 부기되어 시를 이해하는 데 도움을 준다. 또 <直中雜詠>에는 순조 대 검서관으로 함께 근무한 박종산, 이욱수, 이광규, 김사현, 유본예 등에 대한 귀중한 정보가 수록되어 있다. 이를 통해 박종선이 검서관 시절에 교유한 인물을 대상으로 박학에 근거한 정보의 시학을 여실히 구현한 사실을 확인하였다. 나아가 박종선의 시적 역량뿐만 아니라 18세기 후반에서 19세기 전반에 활약한 검서관에 관한 새롭고 유용한 정보를 대거 간취한 만큼 한 시인에 대한 작가론과 더불어 조선 후기 서얼 문학 연구에도 일정한 의의가 있을 것이다.

This article focuses on social relationship of Neungyang(菱洋) Park Jongseon(朴宗善, 1759~1819) and poems written for relation, when he was geomseogwan(檢書官) in Kyujanggak(奎章閣). Park served as geomseogwan twice, under Jeongjo(正祖) and Soonjo(純祖), and greatly influenced by the first four geomseogwans. Thus in 1806(Soonjo 6), he wrote ‘Samae-si(三哀詩)’ for previous geomseogwan Lee Dukmoo(李德懋), Park Jega(朴齊家), and Seo Isoo(徐理修) who passed away. In most of his poems he put annotations, and in ‘Samae-si’ Park put annotation to almost every line, which helps his intention delivered correctly. Also in ‘Jicjoong-japyong(直中雜詠)’ he left valuable information about Soonjo- era geomseogwans such as Park Jongsan(朴宗山), Lee Uksoo(李旭秀), Lee Gwangkyoo(李光葵), Kim Sahyon(金思玄), Yoo Bonye(柳本藝). Through this research it is clear that Park Jongseon embodied poetics based on erudite studies shared with relationship during his service as geomseogwan. Also from this article Park’s poetic ability is affirmed and useful information about geomseogwans of late 18th century to early 19th century is attained, which would guide following researches on poet Park Jongseon or Late Choson Seo-ul Literature.
