A Study on the Establishment of a Sustainable Smart City Project Evaluation System Based on Proptech Technology Demand

본 연구는 프롭테크 수요를 기반으로 스마트시티 사업을 평가하는 시스템을 구축하고자 하였다. 본 평가 방식은 향후 각 지역의 사업에 활용할 수 있다. 평가 시스템은 주제를 프롭테크, 스마트시티 리빙랩, 스마트시티 프로젝트 기획 등 3개 분야로 나눠 구축했다. 본 연구는 선정된 평가항목을 통해 평가체계를 구축하고, 이를 통해 각 항목의 중요도를 산출하였다. 스마트시티 사업과 관련된 전문가와 실무자들의 인식 결과에 따라 중요도가 결정된다. 분석 결과 프롭테크, 스마트시티 리빙랩, 스마트시티 프로젝트 기획은 평가 분야가 각각 0.609, 0.420, 0.410으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서는 방법론적 적용과 대안을 제시하고 활용도를 검증하는 데 초점을 맞춘 맞춤형 평가 시스템을 제안하였다.

This study establishes a system to evaluate smart city projects based on the demand for proptech. This tailored evaluation method can be used for projects in each region in the future. The evaluation system was established by dividing the topic into three sectors: proptech, smart city living lab, and smart city project planning. This study established an evaluation system through selected evaluation items, and calculated the importance of each item through this. The importance is determined by the recognition results of experts and practitioners related to smart city projects. The analysis showed that the evaluation field was 0.609, 0.420, and 0.410 for proptech, smart city living lab and smart city project planning, respectively. Lastly, this study proposed a customized evaluation system with a focus on providing methodological applications and alternatives and verifying their utilization.
