Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Smart Green City Policy Review

본 연구는 제주의 환경정책 중 물과 폐기물을 중심으로 한 스마트 그린도시모델 확산과 지속가능한 그린 비즈니스 서비스를 제시하고자 한다 . 이를 위해 스마트그린정책을 SDGs와 순환경제 차원에서 프레임을 제시하고 , 중앙정부 및 제주도 차원의 스마트그린정책을 위한 상위계획과의 연계 및 지역문제 해결을 위한 문제지도 작성 후 전략을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 주민을 중심으로 한 국제협력 증진을 통한 제주 -SDGs 공간연계 및 지속가능한 그린 거버넌스를 제시하였다 .

This study aims to present the spread of a smart green city model centered on water and waste management among Jeju's environmental policies, and to provide sustainable green business services. To this end, a frame was introduced for the smart green policy at the SDGs and circular economy level, and a strategy was proposed after creating a problem map for linking with the upper plan for smart green policy at the central government and Jeju Island level and solving regional problems. Furthermore, the spatial linkage of Jeju with SDGs and sustainable green governance through improving res- ident-centered global cooperation were illustrated.
