This article has mainly probed into the problem of how to train the spoken language in the Team teaching of Chinese teacher in South Korea. Firstly, the article has recommended understanding the necessity of student's spoken level and basic tools, and dealing with in grades. Secondly, the article has discussed how to grasp the overall ideas of the spoken chinese teaching from the four aspects of the teaching essence understanding, the course content arrangement, teaching rhythm grasping and the teaching request adjustment. Finally, the article has narrated the spoken language training concrete process from the four aspects of the courseware manufacture, the training process, the cultivation of both repeat ability and state ability. According to our teaching experience for more than ten years, the scheme that this kind of spoken language trains is feasible, effective.
