陸游茶詩에 나타난 花果茶考察

RyukYeo who created quantity of poem about tea at Song dynasty was borne and grew at SanEuem in which famous tea was produced. So his life naturally became familiar with tea related works. And he had chances to taste various teas of many areas because he worked as a government officer at different towns through his life. So he read tea books avidly to extend knowledge on teas and learned tea ceremony. The knowledge on tea ceremonies that he learned in this way is contained in his poems about tea in whole so to present valuable materials for people to study tea culture of Song dynasty. So I examined flower fruit tea appeared in poems about tea of RyukYeo in this thesis to contribute a part to study of RyukYeo's poem about tea. If examining chrysanthemum tea part of this thesis, we could know that people in Song dynasty removed bitter taste of tea by floating a mother chrysanthemum. And we could know they boiled and drank sprout of chrysanthemum as tea. And then if examining corni tea part, we could know corni was thought as sacred thing which prevent disaster and avoid demon, because of its strong scent. And we could know people in humid and hot areas in China drank corni tea to overcome disease caused by endemic poison. And then if examining olive tea part, people in Song dynasty boiled and drank tea and olive together, we could know they made tea scent better with olive. In ginger part, we could know people in Song dynasty boiled and drank tea, ginger and salt together. For the last in ume flower tea part, we could see that they boiled and drank tea with water in which stamen of ume flower was kept in. We could know that people enjoyed only scent of the ume flower from the tea produced in this way, and could not see the flower. As briefly presented above, we could know people in Song dynasty boiled and drank flower and fruit tea, each of these teas had unique drinking ways.
