现代文学的发展和现代期刊的发展紧密相连，期刊编辑对于新文学的形成有重要的影响。具体到新文学文体而言，期刊的编辑起到了最为重要的文体划分和界定的作用。《新青年》是现代文学的基地与摇篮，也是新文学文体的基地与摇篮，《新青年》的编辑则是这基地与摇篮的构建者和护卫者。本文研究《新青年》编辑由传统向现代转变的文体意识，他们对新文学文体的构建所做的努力，对于现代诗歌、小说、戏剧、散文等文体的形成起到的重要作用。

Modern literature developed with the development of modern journals. The editors of the journals played important roles in this process. To the new forms of modern literature, the editors were the earliest differentiators and definers. New Youth was the cradle and base of modern literature, so to the new forms. New Youth editors were the builders and vindicators to this base. This paper is on the stylistic awareness of New Youth editors, to analysis their effect to modern poem, novel, drama and essay.
