미용대학에서 집중이수제를 적용한 헤어실무 PBL 교수·학습 지도안 개발 연구

A Study on the PBL Teaching and Learning Method Using the Intensive Completion System in the University Beauty Department

본 연구는 현장 수용성을 높일 수 있는 교육 방법 등 혁신이 필요로 되는 교육상황에 대학의 교수·학습 방법으로 집중이수제가 대두되는 상황에 집중이수제를 PBL 모형에 적용하여 대학 내 미용과 NCS 헤어미용 교육과정에 적용될 수 있도록 교수·학습 지도안을 개발한 후 전문가 대상으로 적합성을 검증하고자 한다. 장시간의 학습 시간이 요구되는 PBL 수업모형을 활용한 헤어실무 교수·학습 지도안은 전문가 집단으로부터 전반적으로 긍정적인 평가를 받았다. 이에 따라 미용대학 헤어실무 강의 운영에 있어 집중이수제를 기반으로 PBL 수업모형을 적용시킴으로써 수업 모델로 활용할 가치가 있음을 시사하는 바이다. 또한 교수자가 다양한 형식의 수업을 인식하고 운영할 수 있도록 수업 운영 제도와 교수학습 모형에 대한 세미나, 프로그램 개발 연수 등 구체적인 행정 지원이 이루어진다면 추후 다양한 형태의 수업이 내실화되어 보다 질 높은 교육으로 발전될 것으로 기대해본다.

Intensive coursework has emerged as a university teaching and learning method following the demand for educational innovations such as improving applicability to real classes. Thus, this study aims to develop a lesson plan which can be applied to the university NCS hair- beauty curriculum by applying intensive coursework to PBL. Then, we will evaluate its suitability with an expert group. The PBL hair-practical lesson plan, asking for a long term learning, received positive feedback from the expert group on the whole. Thus, it seems to be worthwhile to apply the PBL model on the basis of the intensive coursework to the hair-practical lecture at the beauty college. More diverse teaching-learning methods would be developed with the help of specific administrative support, such as providing seminars on teaching-learning methods and training courses on program development, leading to a higher quality of education.
