教育理念与实践路径

高校课程精细化管理研究

“结果导向型”的课程教学管理只关注学生即刻的学习成效,难以反映出学生学习过程中的能力提升和价值塑造。只有实现“过程导向”与“结果导向”的有机融合才能全方位了解学生在学习过程中的育人效果。优质的课程是有效的教学流程所促成的,对课程进行精细化管理并围绕育人目标展开流程再造是打造“金课”的必经之路。因此,高质量的课程改革需要厘清精细化管理焦点与流程再造的实践逻辑。通过借助课程改革创新成果、绩效评价改革和先进教育理念对精细化管理流程进行再造,助力“三全教育”目标的实现,提升课程“教”和“学”的效能。

“Results-oriented” curriculum teaching management only focuses on students' immediate learning results. It is difficult to reflect students' ability improvement and value shaping in the learning process. Only by realizing the organic integration of “process-oriented” and “result-oriented” can we fully understand the educational effect of students in the learning process. High-quality courses are promoted by effective teaching processes, and refined management of courses and process reengineering around the goal of education. They are the only way to create “golden courses”. Therefore, high-quality curriculum reform needs to clarify the practical logic of refined management focus and process reengineering. Through the reengineering of refined management processes with the help of curriculum reform innovation achievements, performance evaluation reform and advanced education concepts, it helps to achieve the goal of “three comprehensive education” and improve the efficiency of curriculum “teaching” and “learning”.
