성인학습자의 교육 참여동기 유형과 취업준비행동에 관한 연구

A Study on the Types of Motivation to participate in Education and Job Preparation Behavior of Adult Learners: The Mediating Effect of Job-Seeking Efficacy

본 연구는 성인학습자의 교육 참여동기 유형(목표지향, 활동지향, 학습지향)이 취업준비 행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 이들 관계에서 구직효능감의 매개효과를 검증하여 취업준비행동을 강화하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 직업훈련기관 A에서 SW 직업교육에 참여한 270명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문을 실시하여 성실하게 응답한 210부를 SPSS 28.0 프로그램으로 최종 분석하였다. 연구결과, 목표지향 및 학습지향 참여동기는 구직효능감을 매개로 취업준비행동에 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 활동지향 참여동기는 구직효능감을 매개로 취업준비행동에 부분매개하는 것으로 나타나 구직효능감은 참여동기 유형별 취업준비행동 간의 관계를 매개하는 것을 확인하였다. 이에 따라 학습자의 참여동기를 고려하여 취업준비행동을 강화할 수 있도록 구직효능감 향상을 위한 취업지원 교육과정 마련이 필요할 것이다.

This study aims to provide basic data to strengthen job preparation behavior by identifying the effects of adult learners' participation motivation types (goal orientation, activity orientation, and learning orientation) on job preparation behavior and verifying the mediating effect of job search efficacy in these relationships. A self-administrated survey was conducted on 270 people who participated in SW vocational education at SW vocational training institution A, and 210 copies of the sincere response were finally analyzed with the SPSS 28.0 program. As a result of the study, the motivation for goal-oriented and learning-oriented participation was found to be completely mediated in job preparation behavior through Job-Seeking efficacy, and the motivation for activity-oriented participation was found to be partially mediated in job preparation behavior through Job-Seeking efficacy. It was confirmed that job-seeking efficacy mediates the relationship between Job preparation behavior by type of participation motivation. Accordingly, it will be necessary to prepare a job support curriculum to improve the job-seeking efficacy so that job preparation behavior can be strengthened in consideration of learners' motivation for participation.
