국내 대학 블렌디드 러닝의 교수설계 원리 및 요소에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

A systematic literature review of the instructional design principles and elements of the blended learning

목적 본 연구의 목적은 국내 대학에서 블렌디드 러닝 적용된 수업 환경에서 각 학습 활동 및 설계 요소를 고려한 학습 환경 설계의 필요성을 제기하고, 설계 원리 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 방법 본 연구는 국내 대학에서 블렌디드 러닝을 통해 연구된 문헌을 중심으로 체계적 문헌고찰을 실시하여 블렌디드 러닝 학습활동 내 수업 방식 및 수업 환경 요소를 분석하였으며, 학습 활동간 전화 요소를 분석하였다. 결과 분석 결과, 첫째, 대부분의 연구의 경우 설문조사, 수업설계 혹은 실험연구를 기반으로 수행되었으며, 학습 교과목의 경우 강의 및 실습이 모두 수반되는 어문학, 간호학, 예체능 등을 중심으로 연구가 실시되었다. 둘째 학습활동에 따른 설계요소 중 동영상 강의, 질의응답 및 피드백, 학습 자료 제공 등의 설계 요소가 주로 활용되었다. 마지막으로, 수업 차시간의 전환 시에 고려된 설계 요소는 제한적으로 도출되었다. 결론 국내 대학에서 블렌디드 러닝을 활용한 대부분의 수업은 수업 환경 및 방식을 고려한 설계요소가 제한적으로 활용됨에 따라 이를 해소하기 위한 효과적인 수업 설계를 위한 방향성을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구의 한계점 및 후속 연구에 대한 방향성을 제시하였다.

Objectives This study aims to emphasize the importance of designing a learning environment considering each learning activity and instructional design elements in a blended learning class and provide instructional design principles. Methods This study conducted a systematic literature review focusing on the blended learning literature at domestic universities. Specifically, our study analyzed instructional method and learning environment elements within the blended learning activities as well as conversion elements between the learning activities. Results First, most studies applied surveys, class design, or experimental research and, in learning contents, deal with the language, literature, nursing, and arts, which require both lectures and practice. Second, among learning activities, the design elements such as video lectures, questions and answers, feedback, and provision of learning materials were mainly used. Finally, when converting the class, the design elements were limitedly derived. Conclusions Given that most lessons in domestic universities have limitedly applied design elements based on learning environments and methods, we provided the direction for effective instructional design. In addition, We discussed the research limitations and future direction.
