This paper aims to examine the determinants of Muslim medical tourists’ satisfaction and its impact on loyalty intention for medical treatment at shariah compliant private hospitals in Malaysia. Information from a study of 224 Muslim medical tourists who had received medical care from Sharia-compliant hospitals was considered using structural equation modelling technique. The findings indicate that shariah-compliant amenities and physicians’ Islamic medical services quality have a significant positive relationship with Muslim medical tourists’ satisfaction; while, nurses’ Islamic medical services quality has no significant relationship with it. The results also provide evidence that Muslim medical tourists’ satisfaction is dependent on their loyalty intention. The research outcome provides valuable information in comprehension the critical Islamic medical services quality and most purposes to help Shariah-compliant hospitals offer quality medical services that attract the Muslim medical tourists.
