안구 운동 추적을 통한 중학생의 함수 관계 인식과 표현 분석

Analysis of Functional Relationship Recognition and Expression of Middle School Students through Eye-Tracking: Focusing on the Stacking Tree Task

본 연구는 변화하는 수량의 관계를 발견하고 표현하는 과정에서 학생들의 사고 과정과 오류의 원인을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 쌓기나무 입체 함수 과제를 해결하는 과정에서 학생들의 안구 운동을 측정하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 학생들의 함수적 사고 과정은 재귀적 패턴화, 공변적 사고, 대응 규칙에 따라 범주화할 수 있었다. 또한, 학생들은 양의 값들 사이의 관계를 올바로 연결하지 못하는 등의 오류를 범하였으며, 그 원인은 다양하게 분석될 수 있었다.

This research was conducted to analyze the students' thinking processes and the causes of errors in the process of recognizing and expressing the relationship between changing quantities. This could be analyzed by tracking students' eye movements in the process of solving the stacking tree three-dimensional function task. As a result of the analysis, students' functional thinking processes could be categorized into recursive patterning, covariational thinking, and correspondence relationship. In addition, the students made errors such as not being able to correctly connect the relationship between the values ​​of quantities, and the causes could be analyzed in various ways.
