대학생의 미래시간관과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 학습몰입의 매개효과

The Mediating Effect of Learning Flow on the between Future Time Perspective and Career Preparation Behavior of University Students

본고의 목적은 대학생의 미래시간관과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 학습몰입의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 대한민국 소재 4년제 대학생 295명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS 통계 프로그램으로 변인들의 관계를 확인하기 위해 상관관계를 분석하고, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 학습몰입의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미래지향시간관, 진로준비행동, 학습몰입은 유의미한 정적 상관을 나타내었다. 둘째, 미래지향시간관과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 학습몰입은 부분매개효과를 나타내었다. 진로준비행동을 증진시킬 수 있는 요인으로 미래지향시간관과 학습몰입이 긍정적인 효과를 나타내었으므로 대학생의 진로발달을 설명할 수 있는 심리적 기제를 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The Purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of learning flow between future time perspective and career preparation behavior of university students. The subjects of this study were 295 university students. In order to confirm the relationship between variables through SPSS statistical program, correlation analysis was conducted and the mediating effect was confirmed by hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was the significant positive correlation among future time perspective, career preparation behavior, and learning flow. Second, learning flow had a mediating effect on the relationship between future time perspective and career preparation behavior. Since future time perspective and learning flow showed positive effects as factors that can promote career preparation behavior, it is meaningful that it identified a psychological mechanism that can explain the career preparation behavior of university students.
