수피의례를 활용한 난민 적응 교육프로그램 개발 방향

Direction of Development of Refugee Adaptation Education Program Using Sufi Ritual: Focusing on the Rohingya Diaspora Case

본고의 목적은 로힝야족 난민 문제의 현황과 원인을 살펴보고, 이들을 포함한 이질적 문화권의 난민들이 거주국에서 한 인간으로서 현지인들과 공존할 수 있는 효과적인 난민 적응 교육 프로그램 개발 방향을 논의하는 데 있다. 이 연구는 이슬람 문화권의 난민을 대표하는 로힝야족의 참상을 살펴보고, 이슬람 문화권 난민들에게 익숙한 수피의례를 활용하여 적응을 돕는 난민 적응 기초 교육 프로그램 개발 방향을 제시하였다. 현재 난민을 대상으로 하는 적응 교육프로그램에 대한 연구는 한국어, 한국문화 영역에 국한되어 있고, 문화상대성을 존중하는 수행 차원에서의 교육 연구는 미흡한 상황이다. 이 연구는 이슬람 문화권의 난민이 언어문화 적응 이전에 개인 심신의 안정화를 도모함으로써 현지 적응을 돕는 기초적인 선행 적응 교육 프로그램 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 나름의 의미를 갖는다.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the current status and causes of the Rohingya refugee problem and to discuss the development direction of effective refugee education programs for refugees from heterogeneous cultures, including them, to coexist with locals as humans in their country of residence. This study examined the horrors of the Rohingya, which represent refugees in Islamic culture. In addition, the direction of developing refugee adaptive education programs to help basic adaptation was presented by utilizing Sufi Ritual, which is familiar to refugees from Islamic culture. Currently, research on adaptive education programs for refugees remains only in the Korean language and Korean culture areas, and research on performance-level education that respects cultural relativity is insufficient. This study is meaningful in that it presented a basic direction of prior adaptation education program that helps local adaptation by stabilizing the body and mind of refugees in Islamic culture.
