국내 창업생태계 연구에 관한 논문 동향 분석 및 향후 연구 제언

Analysis of Korean Research Trends related Entrepreneurial Ecosystems and Future Research Proposals

본 연구는 국내 창업생태계 연구 분야에 게재된 논문 총 38편을 대상으로 연구동향을 분석하고 향후 연구방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 창업생태계 연구들을 시간적 흐름에 따라 연구방법, 연구주제로 분류하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 연구의 흐름과 특성을 파악하고 국내 창업생태계의 발전을 위한 후속 연구과제를 논의하고자 하였다. 이를 기반으로 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구시기를 살펴보면 2012년~2017년부터 본격적으로 창업생태계 연구가 진행되어 왔고, 2018년 이후에는 총 29편의 논문이 게재되었다. 이를 통해 시간이 지남에 따라 창업생태계 연구 주제는 활발할 것으로 예측할 수 있다. 둘째, 연구방법에 따른 분석결과 창업생태계 연구는 다양한 방법으로 진행되고 있으나 비교적 질적연구가 적은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 세부 연구주제는 대학‧지역‧청년 창업생태계 등 총 9개로 분류되었다. 본 연구결과를 기반으로 창업 생태계 개념 정립, 창업생태계 연구 변수 확장, 질적 연구 활성화 등의 향후 연구방향과 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study is to analyze research trends and present future research directions for a total of 38 papers published in the domestic entrepreneurial ecosystems research field. To this end, The entrepreneurial ecosystems-related studies were analyzed by classifying them into method and research topics according to time frame. The purpose this study was to understand the flow and characteristics of the studies and to discuss follow-up research tasks to lead the development of domestic entrepreneurial ecosystems. The results of analysis are as follows. First, looking at the research period, research on the startup ecosystem has been conducted in earnest since 2012-2017, and a total of 29 papers have been published since 2018. Through this, it can be predicted that the subject of research on the entrepreneurial ecosystems will be active over time. Second, as a result of analysis according to the research method, research was being conducted using various research methods in various ways, but there are relatively few qualitative studies. Third, detailed research topics were classified into a total of nine categories, including universities, regions, and youth entrepreneurial ecosystems. Based on the results of this study, future research directions and implications such as establishing the concept of a entrepreneurial ecosystems, expanding research variables for the entrepreneurial ecosystems, and activating qualitative research were presented.
