드론은 휴대하기 쉽고, 접근성이 좋아 군사적으로 상업적으로 많이 활용되면서 최근 새로운 테러수단으로 등장하고 있다. 실제 드론을 이용한 테러는 증가하고 있으며, 드론의 낮은 가격, 쉬운 개조방법, 크기나 무게의 다운사이징을 통해 테러리스트들에게는 최적의 수단으로 각광받고 있다. 드론이 테러수단으로 사용된 사례를 알아보고, 드론을 탐지하기 위한 방법으로 인공지능기술을 적용한 YOLO 드론탐지 기법을 소개한다.

Drones have recently emerged as a new means of terrorism as they are widely used military and commercial due to their portability and accessibility. Recently, drone terrorism is a stage in which drones are used as a means of terrorism as long as they want, regardless of the purpose, size, or price of drones, such as remodeling civilian drones to load explosives, or remodeling some military drones to lower their prices. We will examine the cases in which drones have been used as a means of terrorism, and introduce the YOLO drone detection technique applied with artificial intelligence technology as a method to detect drones as a countermeasure against drone terrorism.
