The purpose of this study is to present an instrumental model of evaluation for Korean Instructors of Korean Language Institutes in Korea. There are now very few studies on evaluation for Korean Instructors of Korean Language Institute over 40 years. The importance of Korean Instructors' role cannot emphasized too much in Korean Language Education practice in terms of teaching Korean both as a language teacher and as a personnel member in the institute. It would be necessary to develop an valid and reasonable instrument of evaluation for Korean instructors in order to enhance their teaching and the institutional development as well. The illustrative model of instrumental development would be made better of for developing personnel evaluation instrument.
