This study pays attention to the spiral structure in the process of the Korean composition which is in common with the Oriental logic system, and designed the Fan Model which shows the writing process of the KSL students getting skills by repeated practice. If a student writer accepts the comments from the colleagues and the teacher, he or she approaches toward the completion of the writing in a spiral way: repeating the process of planning→transcription→revision→exploring a new plan. When a student writer accomplishes a composition, he or she can begin a new task at the more advantageous task environment. This study has instantiated the function of the different task environment to each student. A special element of the task environment becomes strengthen according to the each process, and the level of the student. So the students of 3rd phase in this model can effectively deliver the content to the readers using the appropriate rhetoric expressions. Therefore this Fan Model is not only a process model which shows how the novice produces a Korean text from the different starting point, but also a skilled phase model which shows the development of a beginner writer to an experienced writer.
