This study intends to analyze lexical errors from Korean learners’ writing and group them into several lexical error types. Writing materials in this study are written by Korean intermediate level learners(Chinese speakers) in Pusan University of Foreign Studies. These materials are composed of 27 subject matters for introducing, comparing, classifying, summarizing and so on. The lexical errors are grouped into four such as spelling error, semantic error, syntactic error and learner’s strategies error.
