The demand for Korean education has been rapidly increasing, but there are not many Korean teachers with the special knowledge of Korean and korean culture and the experience of Korean education. Furthermore the package of the course books have not included the teachers' book, which can supply not only a lot of optional activities and materials for experienced teachers, but also detailed teaching methods for inexperienced teachers and informations of Korean language and culture for non-native speaker teachers. This paper will review the principles and practice of developing teachers' book to help the Korean teachers and present some examples.
