双减政策背景下中国小学教师工作量实证研究

The Empirical Study on Primary School Teachers’ Workload under the Background of Double Reduction Policy in China

新教育政策的实施会对教师工作量产生影响,双减政策实施以来,成效斐然,但学生减负的同时,教师却在“加压”,中小学教师工作量巨大,压力负担过重,为教师“减负”迫在眉睫。本研究立足新教育变革当下,深入一线教师群体,对小学教师工作量进行实证取证,找出教师工作背后的差异与困境,维护教师权益,真正做到“减负增效”,进一步激发教师积极性,以便社会各界及上级主管部门有正确的认识,关注中小学教师身心健康,合理分配教师工作量,切实提高中小学的教育教学质量。

The implementation of the new education policy affects the workload of teachers. Since the implementation of the double reduction policy, remarkable results have been achieved, however students reduce the workload and teachers are “pressurized” simultaneously. The teachers in primary and secondary schools suffers from heavy workload and pressure. Therefore, it is urgent to “reduce the workload” of teachers. Based on the new education revolution, this study collected the empirical evidence of teachers’ workload from front-line primary school teachers. This study aims to find out the differences and difficulties behind the teachers’ work, to maintain the rights and interests of teachers, and to further motivate the teachers’ enthusiasm concurrently. This study can provide the key information for society and competent department. Then, they can correctly understand situation and pay more attention to teachers’ physical and mental health, and reasonably distribute the teachers’ workload to effectively improve the quality of education and teaching of the primary and secondary schools.
