There are Multicultural Families Support Center and the Social Integration program that provide Korean Language Education. The research of detailed contents of these programs shows the related government agencies implement competitively similar programs in an overlapping manner. In order to solve these problems the related government agencies signed memorandum of understanding in 2010. This paper refers to the current situation and related problems of the two government agencies in terms of curriculum, textbook, evaluation, teacher and also to make suggestions for solving problems. First of all, it is necessary to make a Korean Language curriculum for migrants, but it takes a long time and much effort. Therefore the agencies can accept temporary the criterion of TOPIK. Based on this criterion, we can later development the new curriculum.
