무용동작치료와 변증법적 행동치료의 절충적 통합 프로그램의 필요성에 대한 연구

Study of the necessity of a Compromised Integrated Program of Dance Movement Therapy and Dialectic Behavior Therapy

본 연구는 무용동작치료와 변증법적 행동치료의 개념과 통합적 접근 상담에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 절충적 통합 프로그램의 필요성을 모색하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 따른 연구 결과는 첫째, 무용동작치료와 변증법적 행동치료의 절충적 통합 프로그램은 정서적 문제와 대인관계에서 문제를 겪는 대상에게 더 효과적으로 적용될 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 인지행동치료와 무용동작치료의 통합은 언어적 접근의 한계가 있는 인지행동치료에 움직임을 통한 무용동작치료의 개입이 상호보완적일 수 있다. 셋째, 기존 심리치료 모델의 통합은 둘 이상의 치료 모델 속에서 공통 원리를 찾아 프로그램을 시도한 공통요인 통합으로 이는 특정 심리치료 모델의 한계를 극복할 수 있다. 이에 따라 무용동작치료와 변증법적 행동치료의 공통요인에 대해 분석 하였고 신체, 정서, 인지, 사회적 부분의 통합적 방법론 사용, 자각과 알아차림 방법론 사용, 움직임, 행동인 비 언어적 치료방법을 사용한다는 공통점을 지니고 있음을 알 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to seek the necessity of an eclectic integrated program through theoretical consideration of the concepts of dance movement therapy and dialectical behavior therapy and integrated approach counseling. The results of this study are as follows: First, it can be seen that the eclectic integrated program of dance movement therapy and dialectical behavior therapy can be applied more effectively to subjects suffering from emotional and interpersonal problems. Second, the integration of cognitive behavior therapy and dance movement therapy can be complementary to the intervention of dance movement therapy through movement in cognitive behavior therapy, which has limitations in verbal access. Third, the integration of existing psychotherapeutic models is the integration of common factors in which programs are attempted by finding common principles in two or more therapeutic models, which can overcome the limitations of specific psychotherapeutic models. Accordingly, the common factors of dance movement therapy and dialectical behavior therapy were analyzed, and the use of integrated methodology of body, emotion, cognition, and social parts, the use of awareness and awareness methodology, and the use of non-verbal treatment methods such as movement and behavior were common.
