대학생의 진로정체감과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 계획된 우연 기술의 매개효과

Mediating Effect of Planned Coincidence on the Relationship between Career Identity and Career Preparation Behavior of College Students

본 연구는 대학생의 진로정체감과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 계획된 우연 기술의 매개효과를 밝힘으로써 대학생의 진로상담 및 지도를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 부산의 한 대학에 재학 중인 404명을 대상으로 진로정체감과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 계획된 우연 기술의 매개효과를 SPSS 25를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 진로정체감, 계획된 우연 기술 및 진로준비행동 각 변인 간 모두 정적 상관관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 진로정체감과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 계획된 우연 기술은 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 진로준비행동 수준을 향상하기 위해서는 진로정체감의 역할도 중요하지만, 나아가 계획된 우연 기술에 대한 개입을 통해 진로준비행동에 대해 더욱 효과적으로 개입할 수 있다는 점을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이를 바탕으로 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for career counseling and guidance of college students by revealing the mediating effect of planned coincidence in the relationship between college students' career identity and career preparation behavior. In order to achieve the goal of the study, SPSS 25 was used to analyze the mediating effect of planned coincidence in the relationship between career identity and career preparation behavior in 404 students attending universities in Busan. The results of the study are as follows. First, college students' career identity, career preparation behavior, and planned coincidence all showed positive correlations. Second, a planned coincidence was found that mediated the relationship between college students' career identity and career preparation behavior. Based on these findings, the role of career identity is also important in improving the level of career preparation behavior, and it was possible to identify various ways to more effectively intervene in career preparation behavior through planned accidental intervention.
