The Effect of Hotel Companies' Perception of Artificial Intelligence on Employees' Job Insecurity: career development support as a moderating effect

This study sought to confirm how hotel companies' perception of artificial intelligence introduction affects employees' job instability and the moderating effect of career development support in this relationship. For the progress of this study, a survey was conducted for 21 days from February 8 to 28, 2023, and 234 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the perception of artificial intelligence introduction was divided into three factors: job change, employment change, and organizational change, job instability was divided into a single factor, and career development support was divided into organizational support and supervisor support. As a result of analyzing the impact of hotel companies' perception of artificial intelligence on employees' job instability, it was found that job change, employment change, and organizational change, which are factors that recognize artificial intelligence, affect job instability. In addition, career development support was found to have a moderating effect in the relationship between the perception of artificial intelligence introduction and job instability. Therefore, even if artificial intelligence is introduced, it will be important to establish a career development support system for employees and foster good leaders who can support the main support.
