목 적： 부모의 음주문제 심각성에 따른 자녀의 정신병리 및 부모-자녀 의사소통, 가정내 폭력 등을 알아보고자 함이다. 방 법： 서울지역 4개 중. 고등학교 학생 2341명을 대상으로 하였다. 대상자들은 한국판 자기 행동 평가 척도(K-YSR：Korean-Youth Self Report), 알코올 중독자 자녀 선별검사(Children of Alcoholics Screening Test：CAST) 갈등해결유형척도2(Conflict Tactics Scales2：CTS2) 부모-자녀의사소통측정도구(Parent-Adolescent Communication Inventory：PACI), Beck 우울증 척도(Beck Depression Inventory：BDI)를 시행하였다. 결 과： CAST점수에 따라 세군으로 나누었고 세군간에 가정폭력, 가족 사이의 의사소통, 정신병리 사이에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 성별에 따른 차이를 살펴보면 남자의 경우 학업수행, 사회능력, 위축, 우울불안, 집중문제, 비행, 공격적 행동, 내현화 문제, 외현화 문제, 문제행동, 자아 존중감, 우울증 등에서 세군간에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 여자 집단에서는 위축, 불안/우울, 반항행동, 문제행동, 우울증, 자아존중감에서는 부모의 알코올 문제의 심각도에 따라 심한 정신병리를 보이면서 세군간의 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 결 론： 부모의 알코올 문제는 자녀의 정신병리에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 그 외에 부모에게 알코올 문제가 있는 가정에서 부모-자녀 의사소통 및 가정내 갈등이 발생할 가능성이 높으므로 이에 대한 평가가 필요하다.
Objectives：The objective of this study is to examine psychopathology, parent-adolescent communication, parental conflict according to parental drinking problem. Methods：Subjects were middle and high school students in Gang-seo gu, Seoul city(N=2341). Self-rating questionnaire included demographic data, K-YSR parent-adolescent communication inventory, conflict tactics scales 2 and children of alcoholics screening test. Results：Adolescents of parents with drinking problems had significant higher score indicating the internalizing problem, externalizing problem, depression, problematic communication, family conflict. The K-YSR scores for sons of alcoholics were significantly higher for social withdrawn, attention problem, delinquency, aggressive behavior and so on. For daughters of alcoholics, also significant difference were found for all psychopathology. Conclusion：we found that adolescents in alcoholic have a risk of displaying various psychopathology, depressive symptom. Adolescents in alcoholic households are more likely to have problematic parent-adolescent communication, familial conflict.
