학업상담 프로그램 연구 동향

Trends for Academic Counseling Programs

본 연구의 목적은 최근의 학업상담 프로그램 연구 동향을 분석하고, 향후 학업상담 프로그램의 연구 방향을 설정하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 1991년부터 2009년까지 국회도서관에 등록된 학업상담 프로그램 연구 100편을 분석 대상으로 하였다. 프로그램 연구를 분석한 7가지 준거는 프로그램 연구자 특성, 프로그램 대상, 프로그램 목적, 연구주제, 프로그램 개발 절차, 프로그램 실시방법, 프로그램 평가이다. 연구결과, 첫째, 우리나라의 학업상담 프로그램 연구들이 독립요인에서는 학업방법 요인, 종속변인에서는 학업성취에 집중되어 있었다. 둘째, 학업상담 프로그램들은 선행 연구의 프로그램 내용을 재구성하여 운영되었으나, 프로그램 개발이 점차 체계적으로 이루어지고 있다. 셋째, 학업상담 프로그램 연구가 초기에는 치료를 목적으로 하였으나, 예방을 목적으로 하는 프로그램 연구가 점차 늘어나고 있다. 넷째, 학업상담 프로그램의 평가가 프로그램 효과를 검증하는 성취도 평가 중심이었으나, 학생들의 만족도나 의견을 반영하여 평가하는 만족도 평가도 점차 늘어나고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine recent research trends in academic counseling programs and to help direct for future research on academic counseling programs. In this study, 100 research studies on academic counseling programs, which were registered with the National Assembly's Library between 1991 and 2009, were analysed using seven criteria. The seven program analysis criteria were the backgrounds of the researcher, the subjects of the program, the purpose of the program, the research themes, the program development procedures, the methods of implementing the programs, and the evaluation of the programs. The findings of the study indicated the following: First, research studies on academic counseling programs in Korea concentrated on academic methods as independent variables, and academic achievement as dependent variables; Second, most academic counseling programs were recomposed from academic counseling programs in previous research results, but programs are increasingly being developed systematically; Third, research studies on academic counseling programs were conducted for the purpose of treatment in the initial stages, but research studies on academic counseling programs aimed at prevention are increasin; And fourth, the evaluation of academic counseling programs was focused on verifying the effects of the programs, but the evaluation of students' satisfaction based upon the reflection of their satisfaction and opinions is increasing. The implications of the results of this study were provided.
