학교장의 지도성 행동과 교사의 학교 헌신 관계 분석

The relation analysis between principal's leadership behavior style and teachers' school commitment

본 연구는 학교장의 지도성 행동과 교사의 학교 헌신의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 중앙과 지방을 포함한 3개 지역들(강원, 경기, 대전)에 소재한 학교에 재직 중인 교원 173명을 대상으로 연구한 결과 교사의 성별, 학교규모별, 학교위치별, 그리고 교육경력별에 따라 학교장 지도성 유형과 학교 헌신 인식 정도가 달랐다. 학교장 지도성 행동과 학교 헌신의 관계는 교사들이 인식하는 정도에 의해 학교장의 지도성 행동과 교사의 학교 헌신 영역에서 배경 변인별로 다르게 나타났다. 학교장의 지도성 행동과 교사의 학교 헌신은 각 하위 요인별로 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 학교장의 지도성 행동에 따라 교사의 학교 헌신이 달라지며, 효과적인 지도성 발휘를 통해 교사의 학교 헌신을 유도할 수 있음을 나타내고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between principal's leadership behavior style and teachers' school commitment among 3 areas school teachers. The questionnaire were distributed to 173 school teachers in Gyunggi, Daejeon, Gangwon Province. It were found that the high different perception existed on principal's leadership behavior style and teachers' school commitment by sex, school size, school location, and teaching experience. And there was a significant correlation between principal's leadership behavior style and teachers' school commitment factors. In addition, it was found that there were significant relationships among some subvariables of principal's leadership behavior style and teachers' school commitment.
