A Study on the Tea Artisty of Chinese Green Tea

유구한 다도의 역사는 이미 많은 사람들에게 주목을 받고 있다. 오늘날 다도의 의미는 여러 가지로 인식되어지고 있는데 바쁜 현대인들에게 차는 편안히 쉴 수 있는 시간과 정신건강을 회복하는 순간을 제공한다. 차의 원산지로서 인정을 받고 있는 중국의 음다 문화가 오랜 역사를 이어져 오면서 발전해 온데는 여러 가지 요인이 있다. 중국은 차 생산에 적합한 토지와 기후 환경을 가지고 있어 많은 종류의 차가 생산되는 만큼 그에 적합한 차 끓이는 방법이 개발되었으며 이로 인해 차산업이 꾸준히 발전해 온 것이 차문화 흥성의 바탕이 되었다고 할 수 있다. 간편한 음다의 보급과 산차형 제다기술의 발전은 오늘날의 음다법을 더한층 발전시켜 차문화에 영향을 주었으며 오늘날 차는 전 세계 60여 개국에서 생산되어지고 있는 세계인의 음료가 되었다. 이러한 차중에서 녹차는 중국인들이 제일먼저 발견하여 사용한 차이다. 그 성질이 차고 따뜻하여 음양의 조화를 이루며, 품질이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 생김새도 독특하여 예술적인 감상가치가 있고 살균작용 및 건강에 이로운 작용을 하여 사람들로 하여금 계속해서 마시게 한다. 오랜 세월 중국인들이 어떻게 녹차를 생산하고 마셔왔는지를 알아보는 것은 단순히 중국의 차문화와 차산업을 알아보는 것이 아니다. 이는 중국의 차를 알아봄으로써 현재 우리나라에서 가장 많이 생산되고 있는 녹차의 보급과 소비를 촉진시키기 위한 연구의 밑거름이 되어 주리라 생각하기 때문이다. 이러한 연구를 통해 우리 차문화가 새롭게 발전하게 되는 계기는 물론 우리의 차산업도 발전하기를 기대하는 바이다.

The time-honored history of tea ceremony has been already noticed by many people. Nowadays, although the meanings of tea ceremony are recognized diversely and variously, teas provide busy contemporary people with the time to rest comfortably and the moment to recover their mental health. The culture of tea drinking in China, which is acknowledged as the place-of-origin of teas, has maintained its long history to be developed because of several reasons. Because China possesses its soil and climate environments appropriate for producing teas, many kinds of teas can be produced, As a result, China has developed the tea making methods appropriate to such diverse kinds of teas, so that tea industry has continued to be developed, upon which the prosperity of tea culture is based in China. Spreading simple and easy tea drinking and developing leaf tea-type tea making technology advanced the tea drinking methods of today more and more to have a great effect on tea culture, so that teas have become a global beverage which is produced in about 60 countries all over the world in the present. Among these teas, green tea was discovered and used by Chinese people for the first time. It is cold and warm in nature to accomplish the harmony of yin and yang, and so is superior in quality, and then is unique in appearance to contain artistic appreciation values, and also executes sterilizing actions and actions beneficial to health to induce people to drink continuously. Examining how Chinese people have produced and drunk green tea for a long time is not only confirming tea culture and tea industry in China. Examining Chinese teas will also contribute to the research for promoting the diffusion and consumption of green tea which is produced most abundantly in Korea now. Through such research, it is expected that not only our tea culture but also our tea industry will be developed newly.
