최중증성인발달장애인의 문화예술교육 효과성 검증에 관한 연구

A Study on the Verification of the Effectiveness of Culture and Arts Education for Adult with the most Severe Developmental Disabilities; Focusing on the Jungnang-gu Lifelong Education Center's ‘Free Throw’ Program

본 연구는 최중증성인발달장애인의 삶의 만족 증진을 위한 목적으로 문화예술교육의 효과성을 검증하는 것에 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 중랑구발달장애인평생교육센터 교육생 7명으로대상으로 2022년 4월부터 11월까지 총 36회기 ｢자유투｣프로그램을 진행하고 F. Wilcoxon에 의해 제안된 비모수 통계검정인 사전-사후 검사를 실시하였다. ｢자유투｣프로그램은 농구를 매개로 한 문화예술교육으로 최중증성인발달장애인의 삶의 만족 증진과 농구를 이해하는것을 목적으로 한다. 연구결과 첫째, 최중증성인발달장애인의 삶의 만족에 관한 변화가 통계적으로 유의미하였다(p=.046). 둘째, 최중증성인발달장애인의 농구 이해도에 변화가 통계적으로 유의미하였다(p=.023). 본 연구는 최중증성인발달장애인의 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 문화예술교육의 효과성을 검증함으로써 최중증성인발달장애인의 삶의 만족을 높이고 자립을 위한 평생교육의 방향성을 제시하는 것에 연구의 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness of culture and arts education in the life satisfaction of adult with the most severe developmental disabilities.. This study was conducted with 7 trainees from the Jungnang-gu Lifelong Education Center for the Disabled. The ｢Free Throw｣ program was held a total of 36 times from April to November 2022. As for the analysis to verify the effectiveness, pre-post-test was conducted with F. Wilcoxon's nonparametric statistical test. The ｢Free Throw｣ program aims to improve life satisfaction and help people with developmental disabilities understand basketball through basketball. As a result of the study, First, the change in life satisfaction of adult with the most severe developmental disabilities was statistically significant(p=.046). Second, the change in basketball understanding of adult with the most severe developmental disabilities was statistically significant(p=.023). This study was meaningful in verifying the effectiveness of culture and arts education for the most severely disabled, thereby enhancing the life satisfaction of the most severely disabled and suggesting the direction of lifelong education for self-reliance.
