제과제빵 교육서비스 품질이 학생의 교육만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 제과제빵 교육의 교육서비스 품질과 교육만족 간의 관련성, 교육서비스 품질과 전공 학생들의 행동의도는 상호간에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고자 하였다. 우선 학교, 학과 및 교강사, 교우관계 대부분 높은 만족도를 보였다. 특히 확신성(교육기관 직원 및 교강사에 대하여 생성되는 신뢰와 믿음)에 대해 높은 결과를 나타내고 있다. 반면, 학교 등록금 및 학교 위치, 교통편은 매우 불만족하다는 점에 유의할 필요가 있다. 상관관계 분석은 상호간 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 교육서비스 품질은 교육만족과 행동의도와 유의미한 관계가 있으며, 교육만족과 행동의도에도 상호간 유의미한 결과를 나타내고 있다. 회귀분석에서도 교육서비스 품질에 대한 만족도가 교육만족도와 재학 등 지속성에 대한 행동의도에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 교육만족도가 학교재학 등의 지속성 행동의도에도 영향을 미친다고 해석할 수 있다 이러한 결과를 볼 때 제과제빵 교육을 담당하는 학교 및 학과는 전공 학생이 느끼는 교육만족의 우선순위를 파악하여 교육서비스 품질을 지속적으로 관리해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between educational service quality and educational satisfaction in pastry and baking education, and how it affects educational service quality and student behavioral intentions. First, most of the schools, departments, professors, and friends showed relatively high satisfaction. In particular, confidence (belief in educational institution staff and instructors) was high. On the other hand, they are very dissatisfied with school tuition, school location, and transportation. In the correlation analysis, both have a significant effect on each other. In other words, educational service quality had a significant relationship with educational satisfaction and behavioral intention, and mutually significant results were also found for educational satisfaction and behavioral intention. In the regression analysis, satisfaction with educational service quality has an effect on educational satisfaction and continuing behavioral intentions such as attending school, and educational satisfaction has an effect on sustainable behavioral intentions such as attending school. As a result, schools and departments in charge of confectionery and baking education will need to identify the priority for educational satisfaction felt by major students and then continue to manage the quality of educational services.
