해양경찰공무원의 집단응집력 인식이 직무열의에 미치는 영향 연구

A Study on the Influence of Group Aggregation Perception on Marine Police Officials’ Job Enthusiasm

본 연구에서는 해양경찰공무원의 집단응집력이 직무열의에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 진행을 위해 해양경찰공무원 150명을 대상으로 하였다. 집단응집력은 개인적 욕구라는 특성을 중심으로 구성원 상호간 친밀감과 일체감을 통해 조직의 목표를 위한 노력으로 정의하였고, 과업응집력, 사회응집력, 집단애착감으로 하위변인을 구성하였다. 직무 열의란 직무수행의 중요한 동기로서 헌신, 활력, 몰두로 하위변인을 구성하였다. 연구 결과 집단응집력 하위변인인 과업응집력과 집단애착감은 직무 열의 하위변인인 활력에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤는데, 집단응집력 하위변인인 사회응집력은 직무열의 하위변인인 활력에는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 집단응집력의 하위변인 중 집단애착감만 직무 열의 하위변인인 몰두에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 해양경찰공무원은 높은 활력을 통해 직무를 수행하는 등 공적인 부분과 사적인 부분에 대해서는 명확히 구분하고 있음을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of collective cohesion has on marine police officials’ job enthusiasm. 150 maritime police officials were targeted for the study's progress. Group cohesion was defined as an effort for an organization's goal through intimacy and unity among members, focusing on the characteristics of personal needs, In addition, sub-variables were composed of task cohesion, social cohesion, and group attachment. Job enthusiasm is an important motivation for job performance, and sub-variables were composed of vitality, and commitment. As a result of the study, task cohesion and group attachment, which are sub-variables of group cohesion, had a positive (+) effect on vitality, which is a sub-variable of group cohesion, and a negative (-) effect on vitality, which is a sub-variable of job enthusiasm. In addition, it was found that only group attachment among the sub-variables of group cohesion had a positive (+) effect on immersion, which is a subvariable of job column. It was confirmed that maritime police officials clearly distinguished the public and private parts, such as performing their duties through high vitality.
