Korean Language Teachers Affiliated with Domestic Universities A Study on the Development of Retraining Program

본 연구는 국내 대학 부설 한국어 교육기관의 현직 교원을 대상으로 교원 재교육에 대한 요구 조사를 실시하고 이를 반영하여 체계적인 재교육 프로그램 개발 방안을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 국내 대학 부설 한국어 교육기관의 교원을 대상으로 재교육 관련 요구를 파악한 결과, 소속 기관 자체 재교육 프로그램에 대한 요구가 높음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 교원의 요구에 따라 진행되는 교원 중심의 재교육 프로그램을 희망하였으며, 특강이나 연구 모임, 워크숍의 형태로 온라인과 오프라인을 혼합한 방식의 재교육 프로그램을 선호하였다. 재교육 내용으로는 교육자료 활용 및 개발에 대한 요구가 가장 높게 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 재교육 프로그램 개발 방안으로 수요자 중심의 교육 프로그램 개발, 교원의 경력 기준으로 강의 기간 및 강의 시수 반영, 시대 흐름에 맞는 다양한 교육 형태의 재교육 프로그램 개발, 재교육 프로그램에 대한 평가의 필요성을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to conduct a survey on the demand for teacher retraining of incumbent teachers at Korean language education institutions affiliated with domestic universities and to find ways to develop systematic retraining programs. As a result of identifying the needs related to retraining for teachers at Korean language education institutions affiliated with domestic universities, it was found that the demand for the institution's own retraining program was high. In addition, they hoped for a teacher-centered re-education program that was conducted according to the needs of teachers, and preferred a re-education program that mixed online and offline in the form of special lectures, research meetings, and workshops. As for the content of re-education, the demand for the use and development of educational materials was the highest. Based on this, it suggested the need to develop consumer-centered educational programs, reflect lecture periods and lecture hours based on teachers' career, develop various educational types of re-education programs that fit the trend, and evaluate re-education programs.
