Recently, people are pursuing the higher living standard of life. A vegetarian lifestyle ushered by our multi-culture society enables especially within youngsters to choose their preferred way of living. The purpose of this research is to determine Generation Y&Z (millennils) whether they have enough knowledge of vegetarianism. Regarding as vegetarian food and healthy food experienced the vegetarian culture in Macau. Also, it aims to take account to the positive and negative aspect of that teenagers take concern of health life. With the rapid development of the Greater Bay Area, Macau has become an international tourist destination. In all the three dominant industries, the service industry is the most important and most energetic one. In order to provide reliable and quality services to domestic and overseas guests. It is necessary to figure out the importance of vegetarianism and discussing in relation to likely motivational influences. Thus, this study proposes to use the qualitative research to content analyzing through millennilsf perception respectively. Findings consist of vegetarian people in general who are more likely to unknown of vegetarian in specific, and vegetarian food is commonly used to be a way of health live. The reasons of vegetarian and healthy relationship are regarding as personal preferences, creative Lifestyle, health concern, and religion.
