The research has been performed to review the main motives and benefits for residential changes into senior zone city cottage cluster in rural counties of Canada. We reviewed the primary motives of early older adults to move into a senior zone, area and dwelling units for portable wooden cottages. Since they already spent the middle time of their lives working heavily without adequate income and cultural and social activities, nearby senior zoned cities with social support and policy considerations are low price new living places. Senior concentrating towns along rural counties are the ultimate choice destination of retiring adults who had been working in labor-intensified farm and mechanical shops in rural communities. They can adjust to an economic but intimate peering lives in new minimal spaces, away from the convenient culture lives of metropolitan life style. We envision at minimized cost adults” new life styles in affordable lowered cost housing units in rural areas with home gardens growing plants. For a future prospect for the Korean model, it is proposed for a medium city and rural zones of aging areas of Korean rural counties.
