This study explores the characteristics of Canadian cybernetics in contrast with American cybernetics in the field of business management. Gareth Morgan proposed principles of holographic design. To build the whole into all parts, the importance of redundancy, requisite variety, minimum specs, and learning to learn are crucial in developing learning and self-organization in order to get out of the mechanical frame of reference that flourished on a ready-made blueprints and manuals. Morgan explores the complexity of modern organization through implicit images or metaphors, which demonstrates the legacy of Canadian imagination. In addition, against the naturalistic bias, he attempted to establish strategies which retain systemic wisdom. Through understanding context, reorienting action in terms of the avoidance of noxiants, finding system Relations rather than instrumental ends and joint action, modern organizations can deviate from the unilateral imposition of the system and seek ways to find new opportunities. In particular, the cybernetics strategy can play a key role in organizations that must act in rapidly changing environments due to the private industrial revolution.
