This paper examines the impact of employee perceptions of organizational corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices on their resilience. Moreover, resilience on job performance and work engagement is measured to understand employees ’ state of mind during the pandemic. The research adopted mixed methods approach of conducting semi-structured interviews of 12 employees ranging from staff members, managers, head of departments and general manager currently working in a hotel or a resort in Vietnam. Quantitative data is conducted through an on-site 5-point Likert Scale survey in a total of seven hotels and resorts in Vietnam. The research is to and approach diverse CSR for employees and reshape crisis management plan for Vietnamese hospitality industry endure and to -welcome travelers for post pandemic.
