간호대학생의 임상 실습 권리 인식 측정 도구 개발

The Development of a Rights Awareness Scale related to Clinical Practice for Nursing Students

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 임상 실습 권리 인식 측정 도구를 개발하고 검증하는 것이며,구체적인 목적은 간호대학생의 임상 실습 관련 권리 인식 측정 도구를 개발하고, 개발된 도구의내용 타당도, 구성 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검증하는 것이다. 간호대학생의 임상 실습 관련 권리 인식 측정 도구의 예비문항은 선행 문헌 고찰 및 간호대학생의 임상 실습생 권리 인식 경험을 분석한 선행연구 결과를 기반으로 개발하였고, 총 23개 항목이었다. 전문가의 내용 타당도 검증을통해 23개 예비문항 중에서 총 21개 문항이 최종 설문 문항으로 포함되었다. 본 연구의 대상은전북과 대전에 있는 간호학과에 재학 중인 3학년과 4학년 222명이었으며, 편의 표집 방법을 이용하여 모집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 구성 타당도 검증을 위한 탐색적 요인 분석을 시행하였고, 최대우도법과 배리맥스 회전 방식을 이용하여 분석하였다. 신뢰도 검증을 위해 Cronbach's alpha와 문항 제거 시 Cronbach's alpha 계수를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 도구는 3개 하부요인, 총 13개 문항으로 구성되었으며, 3개 하부요인은 ‘존중의 권리’(6문항), ‘배움의 권리’(4문항), ‘보호의 권리’(3문항)이었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 도구는 향후 간호대학생의 임상 실습 관련 권리 인식 수준을 측정하고 분석하는 연구에 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a rights awareness scale related to clinical practice for nursing students. The specific purpose was to verify the content validity, construct validity, and reliability of developed scale. A total of 23 preliminary items were developed. The subjects were 222 3rd and 4th grade students enrolled in nursing departments in Jeonbuk and Daejeon, and were recruited using a convenience sampling method. The data were analyzed using the SPSS Win 24 program, exploratory factor analysis was conducted to verify the construct validity of the scale, and analysis was performed using the maximum likelihood with varimax rotation method. To verify reliability, Cronbach's alpha and Cronbach's alpha coefficient were analyzed when items were removed. The scale developed through this study consisted of three sub-factors with a total of 13 items, and the three sub-factors were 'rights of respect'(6 items), 'rights of learning'(4 items), and 'rights of protection'(3 items). The scale developed through this study is expected to be used in future to measure and analyze the level of awareness of rights related to clinical practice of nursing students.
