본 연구는 제주교육 관련 박사학위논문을 대상으로 제주교육의 연구 동향 및 구조를 분석하고 있다. 이를 위해 학술연구정보서비스, 국회전자도서관 및 국립중앙도서관에서 제주 관련 박사학위논문 1,735편을 수집하였으며, 이 중 제주교육 관련성 여부를 검토 하여 최종 70편을 선정하였다. 선정된 논문을 대상으로 연구 동향 파악과 함께 466개 의 키워드를 도출하여 키워드 네트워크 분석을 진행하였다. 연구 결과 1) 제주교육 관 련 박사학위논문은 1990년에 1편이 발표되었고, 2012년부터 논문 발표 빈도가 늘고 있다. 1990년부터 2007년까지는 제주 이외의 지역에서 10편의 논문이 발표되었고, 2008년부터는 제주대학교에서도 제주교육 관련 박사학위논문이 발표되기 시작했다. 2008년 이후 발표된 총 60편 중 48편(80%)이 제주대학교에서 발표되었으며, 교과교 육학 분야인 과학교육 및 컴퓨터교육 관련 논문이 주를 이루고 있다. 2) 제주교육 관 련 박사학위논문의 네트워크 속성은 키워드 간 밀도가 낮고, 군집 계수는 높게 나타나 고 있다. 네트워크 구조는 교육프로그램 관련 키워드, 제주형이라 표현되는 제주지역의 인문･예술, 사회, 자연 관련 키워드, 교육 주체 관련 키워드, 교육과정 및 교과 내용 관 련 키워드, 교육기관 및 정책 관련 키워드가 나타나고 있다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 제 주교육 관련 연구의 시사점 및 나아갈 방향에 대해 제언하였다.
This study identified the trend of Jeju education-related research targeting doctoral dissertation. Doctoral dissertation were collected from ‘RISS’, ‘National Library of Korea’ and ‘The National Assembly Library’, 70 papers were selected by reviewing whether or not they were related to Jeju education. And For keyword analysis, 466 keywords were derived and analyzed. The research results are as follows. 1) The first doctoral dissertation related to Jeju education was published in 1990. And since 2012, the frequency of dissertations publication has increased. From 1990 to 2007, 10 dissertations were published outside of Jeju. Since 2008, dissertations has been published at Jeju National University. Of the total 60 dissertations published since 2008, 48(80%) dissertations are published by Jeju National University. Doctoral dissertations are mostly related to science education and computer education. 2) The network attribute has low density between keywords. And the cluster coefficient is high. The structure of the network consists of ① keywords related to education programs, ② keywords related to humanities, arts, society, and nature in Jeju, which is expressed as 'Jeju type' ③ keywords related to students & teacher ④ keywords related to curriculum and subject content, ⑤ keywords related to educational institutions and policies. Finally, based on the research results, the implications and directions of research related to Jeju education were suggested.
